EMMANUEL AGOCHUKWU OKPALAOKA

Mr. Okpalaoka served with Onwufuju, Giwa-Osagie & Co. (Chartered Accountants) from 1st August 1979 to 30th September, 1981 as an Audit Trainee.  On 1st October, 1981, he joined the firm of Okpala, Ezeamii & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Trainee and was promoted to the post of an Audit Senior on 11th July, 1983. 

In August, 1984, he was promoted to the position of an Audit Supervisor, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May of the same year.  He left the service of Okpala, Ezeamii & Co as an Audit Manager to join Messrs Syndicated Investment Holdings Limited, owners of the Modotels Group of Hotels as the Group Accountant in October, 1988. 

He rose to the position of Financial Controller/Director before going into full time employment with Messrs Agochukwu Okpalaoka & Co. as the Senior Partner in July, 1994.

  Mr. Okpalaoka holds the following academic and professional qualifications.

(ii)        FCA
(iii)       MBA (Banking and Finance)
(iv)       ACTI

Mr. Okpalaoka is married with children, plays tennis, volleyball and swims.
